Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had big, clean rooms with a newly renovated bathroom, but lacked a microwave and freezer. The service was excellent overall with friendly and helpful staff. Its location near the Mississippi River was excellent for walks and proximity to US Bank Stadium, but the lack of dining options nearby was a downside. The dining was considered fantastic, the facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
Staying on the 5th floor, the rooms were a bit weird for sharing but had a small refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker. The service stood out as very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us. The location was very good, within walking distance of various eateries and activities, although a bit challenging to drive everywhere. The dining experience was wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options. The facilities were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean and had some minor flaws like a lack of shelving and an unadjustable shower head. However, the location was nice and relaxing despite some noise disturbances. The dining was excellent with a variety of delicious options, but the smoke/fire alarm issues were bothersome.
